Clear Choice Seminars courses use Group-Live and Group-Internet-Based webinars and Internet Self- paced delivery methods as noted in each course description.  Courses include materials (binders) that can be printed out and saved (live courses), course outlines (Internet-based Self-Study), as well as the ABL-Help Classic on-line manual in some courses.

Program Levels:
Courses are listed as Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced on the Course Catalog page.

Technology Requirements:
Group-Live course participants should have the technology that is required in the course outline.  That could include a computer that can run Excel, AssetReader, AssetArchive, AssetWriter or other programs.  Certain sections may require the use of a calculator.

Prerequisites:
Courses that are not basic can have some prerequisites and they will be listed on the Course Catalog page.

Course Study Guide Outlines and Handouts:
Each Lesson has a complete course study guide or slides for the Lesson Modules posted on the Course Catalog page.  Clear Choice Seminars uses slides and exhibits in the form of printable handouts that allow notes to be taken.  Some of the lesson modules have course case information that is included in the handouts.

Course Times & Attendance:
Courses are available at the times specified for Live or Internet training that is instructor lead.  Students must be ready on time.  Group-Live programs will have attendance taken at the beginning and end of each class via signed time and date attendance sheets.

For Group-Internet-Based training, participants will be informed at the start of the course that they will be asked three or more challenge questions per course hour and at random intervals.  The methods used may include, but not be limited to, the use of raised-hand verification technology, polling questions and verbal responses to determine if people are participating in the courses.

Students that do not answer challenge questions shall lose 1/2 hour (1/2 CPE) for each missed question.  Students that attend Group-Live training and are not present due to unscheduled interruptions (phone, bathroom breaks, working on other assignments in class) shall be denied the appropriate time in 30 minute (1/2 CPE) increments per 50 minute hour as reported on the certificate of attendance.

For cases where the Group-Live Internet is being broadcast into a meeting room with several participants (typically a large monitor or projector screen), Clear Choice Seminars will have a designated supervisor at the participant location complete a sign-in sheet and then sign that sheet to attest to the attendance of the participants and that completed document must be received by Clear Choice Seminars, Inc. before issuing any CPE Certificates to the participants from that location.
