Made sure they were clean.  I used SuperSlickStuff on the moving rotation surfaces.

The belts were closed up and fully extended and then washed with dish soap and then let to dry for a few days.  I then lubed the webbing with an ArmorAll type product.  They retract OK, not perfect.
