Cleaned up, taped well and then sprayed with 600 degree Rust-Oleum Ceramic Gray.

The mating side was surfaced flat with 600 grit, then 800 grit and finally 1000 grit wet-dry paper.

All new nuts and washers for the injectors and the three intake runner nuts for each side.

All new injector seals and intake runner hoses.

 

 

Installed with the cleaned-up engine-tin, air distribution box, injector rails, etc.:

 

This was before the repaint noted above.

 

On the bench to be inspected.  This is when I reworked the FI harness with new sheathing and rubber boots, etc.

 

Some cleanup work paid off in the end.  The fuel pressure regulator was sprayed silver and can be seen in the top right corner two images above this one..
