www.914Rubber.com sells a very soft vinyl tubing that they sell to cover the wire tabs that hold the harness wires.  PVC harness conduit is a tiny bit stiffer and not as shiny.  Some are one piece, some are split for the two metal tabs, etc.  Here I show my technique for them:
