Mounted with bolts through the trunk.  Notice the hole for a wrench to get to the bumper bolts.  A 1.5" Bi-Metal hole-saw did the trick with ease.  New sway-bar bushings too.

It was cleaned-up and reworked because of the height of the rear trunk panel being from the 70-74 type.  There is no available trunk panel for a 75-76' car.  I changed the mounting of the heat shield and height too.

Notice the tabs to weld to the bottom of the trunk.  That is changed.

Once I changed the height of the mounting tabs, I added another layer of metal to make them thicker so that I could thread tap them:
