Another shout-out to Dave Darling at Pelican Parts for his long-standing timing marks diagram.  Easier to do with the fan out of the car.

 

I taped off the mark spots and used some spray-paint to a model brush to mark TDC and my 2.0L timing marks:

 

Cleaned-up and the alternator belt outer pulley is repainted and mounted here:

Installed looks much better.  Note the oil pressure sender unit on top of the housing and my small offset extension made from a bent CV Joint plate.:

 

 

The Dave Darling PDF has been printed and taped onto the housing.  This is before I took it apart to paint it..

 

Painters tape was used to mark the timing marks:

 

Here you see that I used a small carpenter's square to make sure that the tape is straight before painting the lines.  Note the oval shaped timing marking on the left.
