NOTE:  To remove the tar panels that are in the floor-pan, just get an oscillating tool and a spade blade for that.  Always cut AWAY from your hands as you work with leather gloves.  That tool will take the stuff off very fast.

 

It was not simple.  The donut / jack point is under the outside edge of this.  The panel extends into the engine compartment and you must weld upside-sown unless you are using a rotisserie.  The Hell-Hole makes a hole into the passenger compartment (note that repair in the upper left of the image below):

This is the right-side air-flap mount on the left that needed repair.  Was cleaned-welded and re-drilled.
