I added flush Zerk fittings to the front trunk and rear trunk hinge bolts.  

▪Tap the center of the bolt with a small bit and then a larger bit for the grease fitting and then (tap) thread the larger hole.

▪Cross-drill the pivot bolt to allow the grease to flow into the pivot.
