Like many, this one was soaking in water for a bit and the bottom needed to be rebuilt with cardboard and fiberglass.

 

•Cut the cardboard from Amazon boxed and perforate with a nail or Awl so that the fiberglass penetrates into it.

•I used 15 minute epoxy mixed in paper cups and leftover food delivery containers.

•Use disposable brushes to pain the epoxy onto the back pad and cardboard and fiberglass.

•Sandwich your work between sheets of plastic (epoxy does not stick to plastic or plastic packing tape) and then level and clamp it with two boards to hold it straight

•Once reshaped, then test fit for the mounting tabs and mounting holes.

•The seat-back vinyl cover kit was purchased on Etsy and installed by Joe's Upholstery in Frederick, MD.
