Our Policies:

1. We do not collect data from this website.
   We ask you to provide information that is specific to your company.  This information includes contact name, institution name, address, phone number, email address and audit or credit manager names.  We always allow you to opt-out as described below.
    
2. We use secured servers and store key data off-line.
   Your personal information; including information such as your name, email address, and phone number are secured off of the web server.
   
   
3. We do not and will not sell, rent, lease, or supply your personal information to any third parties.
   We guard your information and do not sell it, rent it, lease it, or otherwise supply it to anyone else for any purpose.  In addition, we configure our list server software (which we own and maintain and do not outsource) to refuse to divulge the email addresses of our list subscribers to anyone outside of FinSoft, LLC and Clear Choice Seminars.
   
   
4. All information provided to us is considered confidential.
   Any personal information provided to us is used ONLY for processing our mailing list.  We will contact you only via our own low-traffic announcements email list and newsletter.  You may opt-out at any time (see below).
   
   
5. We would never intentionally send our customers unsolicited emails.
   All emails come specifically from us - we do not share or sell our email lists with anyone but guard them as an important company asset.  This list is not a high-traffic list.  You will be send an announcement from us only when we have something we feel is significant to people that have joined our list . Our email list is also very easy to "opt-out" of to remove yourself from future communications, should you choose to do so and our contact information is provided below.
   
   
6. Browser information collected on the website:
   Our web site administrator analyzes our website logs to constantly improve the value of the materials available on website. Our website logs are not personally identifiable, and we make no attempt to link them with the individuals that actually browse the site.
   
   
7. What Cookies?
   While FinSoft's users will have some cookies set to navigate through our support pages, all other users will not.  For FinSoft product users, Cookies NEVER contain your credit card information.
   
   
8. Your Choice/Opt-Out options
   This site gives users the ability to opt-out at any time.  Simply send an email to with the subject or message "Unsubscribe" and you will be removed from the list within 24 hours and will not receive further communications from us.

11. Effective Date
    This policy statement was created and put into effect on December 26, 2000 and is intended to be retroactive to April of 1996 when the page was first started.  It is based on principles followed by our company since our founding in 1996.  Changes will be noted with a revision date at the end of the applicable subsection

    This privacy statement covers our policy for all of the web sites we maintain for FinSoft, Clear Choice Seminars, Inc. and the Asset Based lenders Home Page. 
    
    Our sites do not knowingly contain links to other sites for which we cannot be responsible for the privacy practices or the content of.  However, in the event that we find any ethical violations, unprofessional conduct or security issues with sites that we link to, those sites will be removed immediately and without warning.
